International Orders & Export Policy
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders are subject to duties, taxes (VAT), and other import fees as required by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, buyers are responsible for any shipping documents, and if the order is held at a customs office, they are responsible for resolving any issues with customs and transportation.
If you have questions regarding international shipping logistics or potential fees, please contact us before making your purchase to avoid any confusion.
Export Restrictions
Please be aware that our products are subject to U.S. export control laws, which are regulated by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the Bureau of the Census under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We do not sell or ship items to any locations within Country Group E.
Export Classification and Licensing
Some products may require an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), and in certain cases, an export license may be required. Please note that the process of determining the product’s export classification can take up to 30 days. If an export license is necessary, we may need an additional 30-90 days to secure the proper licensing.
End User and End Use Compliance
To comply with U.S. export control laws, we require a written statement detailing:
- The ultimate end user of the product.
- The intended end use of the product.
- The buyer’s agreement to comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
You will be contacted via email to provide these details. Please note that we cannot process your order until we receive all required information and documentation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
